4/26/25, I placed an order with Qikespresso for (2) auto-stirring cup mug. All I received via my email was order #1004 and I paid $36.00. Since then that $36 has cleared my bank but I’ve seen nothing!! Not any. Follow up email, delivery status, tracking status. I have sent numerous emails from your website under “contact us,” and no one has reached out up until now. This is a very poor way to do business. I want my $36 back credit to my method of payment used and if someone can please do the right thing and respond back to me. I would truly appreciate it. Today is Sunday, June 8 and it is 1013 A.M.
